It took five minutes to install in my HP ProBook 440 G8. I've used it for six months now (as my main computer), and I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything works just as it should, and I have not had a single issue with my laptop. Recommended!

Let me just say this drive is fine, plenty quick for your OS etc. This is the bad bit, you need to be very careful and check the "Supported Storage" on your Motherboards Manufacturer Support Page, to see if this is supported or not. I was going to install it in a Asrock B350-Pro4 however the bios would not detect the drive in either of the NVME slots, nor would it get detected in a PCI-E to NVME riser card. I have been meaning to upgrade that PC for a while, so this was the kick to do it, but upon checking different AMD B550 Motherboards so far I have only found 1 that supports this drive and that is the MSI B550-A Pro. Now it may "just" work in other boards but if you want to be sure, then you need to check the "Supported Storage" list and type the actual model in to the "Find" box because the MSI B550 Pro supports the 250GB version of this drive but not the 500GB or 1TB, whilst other boards support other "Lexar" branded drives but not the "NM610" range.

My first foray into this type of drive, cloned my Samsung SSD, changed boot order in BIOS made a few adjustments to the start up programs and boom Windows boots up in 15 seconds! Absolute bargain and so simple to install!

I’m using this in a mini PC which only supports PCIe gen3x1, but I’m getting the expected 1GB/sec throughout. I transferred about 1TB of footage and did notice slowdowns but that might very likely be the mini PC’s bus and processor.

It’s good a lot of space has come in handy

Bought as a secondary storage drive, so it was price over performance. However, I'm really impressed with the speed compared with HDD. It's been a year since I bought it and no failed sectors or reduced capacity. 2GB SSD storage, lives up to the 3GB/s (attached to mobo, USB speeds are lower) Good budget choice for internal/external space.

Bought this SSD during sale, with an intention to put it in enclosure and use as a backup drive. At this day and age spinning platter hard drives are so last century, even for backups. Since receiving it I could not resist and put into my Linux PC as a main drive. Wow! It was much faster than my WD blue nvme SSD. So at this point I will use Lexar as a main drive and WD will be a backup. The funny thing is that back in a day WD SSD costed as 2 lexar drives!

Tested the speed and it hit the required MB/S. I attached an adapter to fit in my PCIe slot and after a quick format I was up and running :) Very easy to install, just plug and play.
