After a long search, I decided to use this swing chair and it was the best decision I had made in a long time. It can free my hands and have a short rest time. It's very easy to assemble. Good quality and looks good. The music is surprisingly good and I highly recommend it!

Seems to be good quality, assembly instructions were difficult to figure out but overall, I would buy it again.

If baby & mommy are happy, you know it's a winner. Great swing, it has three different sitting positions.

The instructions for the swing were awful so I looked at the pictures to figure it out. I haven’t figured out how to turn the music and nature sound off so I just unplug it. I do like the volume control so the music isn’t so loud. My grandson seems to enjoy the music toons and the nature sounds plus the rotating mobile.

First of all I recommend following the video instructions to install it, the paper picture makes me so confused.. I love the height of this baby swing, it save my waist be honest. The baby cries repeatedly and I need to pick him up multiple times. The height of this chair does not require me to squat down every time to hold my child, it is very comfortable. Also this one manufactured date in 11/2023, pretty new! I don’t know if this has an expiration date, just like the safety seat. Yeah this is what I want!

The price point was great, and the swing looks great however, the rotation of the mobile does not work at all, and it lit up once, then stopped working. I've requested a replacement part for the arm/mobile item that rotates with the stars now three times and have not been sent a replacement part. My options are to disassemble the entire thing and return it, or keep it broken which is ridiculous. Just send your customers the replacement part they ask for so they can enjoy what they spend their money on instead of asking if we put batteries in it, which of course we did.

Baby JOY Baby Swing is good for relaxing and help my little one to nap. A little cons I noticed after use, is that my son hitting the metal curve of the swing using his lower leg. The metal cover/fabric is so light and might hurt his leg when he hit against the curve. Another concern is the neck strap. When my baby plays a lot (back and forth) on the swing, the nick strap left light bruise on his neck. It would have been better if the strap made out of thick and comfortable materiel.

This rocker is exactly as described. My granddaughter enjoys it. Rocking motion with variable speeds, the timer, the music, and the mobile with colorful lights that are controlled separately, are a win. Fairly easy to assemble too.
