Simple book with clear instructions and pictures. Let’s you know the primary muscles that are being moved and the stabilising muscles. Also has a little box which tells you positional errors to watch out for an how to correct those. Gives basic and advanced variations. There is enough in this book to enable you to design a balanced workout.
