Q: Will these fit comfortable around a 21 inch neck?

Unfortunately, this depends entirely on your sensitivity to stuff on your neck. I have an 18" neck and they don't bother me, and I put them outside the collar, if wearing a collar. But these are likely to be felt with your extra 3". If you aren't overly sensitive, they probably won't bind enough to make you uncomfortable.

Not sure what you mean. But you do have a blue tooth indicator lite and a battery indicator lite witch you can setup to give a breakdown of battery usige

Q: How does the warranty work?

I received a pair of the amorno TWS wireless earbuds for Christmas. They connect fine but when jogging they loose sound to the earbuds. I have the music on my fitbit and if I am walking with my arms down is the problem. If I hold my arms up about midway of my body they seem to work just ok with some sound interruption. If this an issue with anyone else? I dont want to have to walk with my hands on my head just to listen to the music.
