This was super easy to assemble, which was the bit I was dreading. It's easy to adjust the seat, chest pad, head rest and arm rest for each client. It's very comfortable too. I'm a very happy customer!

I have bought this to be able to extend my massage practice into corporate work giving seated, clothed back neck and shoulders massages. The seller communication has been excellent when I was a bit concerned about the set up. I am very glad of the wheeled case - I will be able to take this on the bus or train without too much difficulty. It looks really good and is very comfortable.

However after unpacking the table, i found that the main frame was not put together properly. As you try and open it, I had to force the frame to fit. Which then scratches the paint work. I had to send it back which was a pain due to its size.Im hoping that this is not with all the tables.Apart from that it seems like a good massage chair.Im just disappointed that it was broken.Would be super if they would collect it from my house...

I really like this product. It's very portable, and easy to use. Really could do with a better instruction leaflet.

this arrived with broken screw on head piece. This has happened twice. Second time I bought the more expensive 'Upgraded' model as it showed item with metal screws in pictures. However it also arrived with exactly same screws (plastic composite) and also broken.For 2nd item I am still waiting for instructions how to return for free. They have sent a return slip with postage not paid.Stressful, waste of time.Such a shame as otherwise it is a nice product, would be good if it wasn't broken!

Chair did the job as described. Massage chair bag is terrible. Used it for one event and I could barely get it back home after the wheels buckled inwards on the way there. Thankful for lifts and smooth cemented floors otherwise I don’t know what I would have done it.

This chair has not lasted well. The carry case gave out after just four months of use.The headrest is not durable and the metallic pins slipped out causing it to fail. Very unimpressed.
