I'm a size 20 and fit into the large
The only downside is the waist isn't high enough but good for the price and really warm. Fits my leg beautifully lovely and stretchywith some room. They are definitely black. Not shiny so not slippery.

They are ok, in chilly weather, but not so good in really cold weather. the large just about fits, so maybe they should also offer XL.
