BRExhaust OE Replacement Exhaust System Kit 106-0045

Worked great for my 2011 4 door jeep wrangler Sahara. Easily installation and perfect fit. Clamps hold well and the seals are good. Amazing value. My jeep sounds so much better. It comes with the extra piece that’s about 2’ long, but I didn’t need it.

Perfect fit, price is much lower than the parts store. Definitely quieter than the one that was on, seems to be high quality.

Was delivered on time, it fit perfectly and was easy to install. The pipe & clamps are good quality. Sounds like I’d did new.

Arrived in perfect condition. Looked just like OEM. Installed in under an hour. My only complaint was that I had to cut the end off of the back pipe hanger because it was rattling on the frame rail. Not a big deal at all tho. If I knew how to weld it would have been super clean with no clamps but it still was super easy to install!

Installed on a 2011 Wrangler JK 4 door. Instructions were wrong about the extra piece, it was not needed for the 4 door. The pieces did not line up like factory exhaust. I had to cut an inch off the front hanger because it was hitting the frame after going through the isolator/hanger, just so it would line up with the original pipe where the new exhaust bolts up. The muffler rubs the rear sway bar. Every connection leaks, and the brackets are cheap. Now the engine has no power. I tried every way possible to line things up better but just far enough off on the bends to cause issues. No codes but it is like the Jeep is in limp mode. Probably going to have to pay someone to weld the connections. What a disappointment. Contacted MagnaFlow support, sent them a video and they said the muffler was definitely defective due to the internal rattling and that I should return it. While taking the system off, I discovered a small hole in the muffler below the tailpipe. Returned the product, it was received 4 days ago, but no further action has been taken.

This kit made replacing my exhaust on my 2008 JKU a snap. It took longer to remove the old exhaust then to install this one. There was an extra pipe left over though - which threw us off a little. If you aren't a welder and want an easy exhaust for your Jeep this is the one to get. It took about an hour to remove the old exhaust and install this one.

BRE replacement exhaust; box contains everything that you need to replace the exhaust system from the ‘Y’ pipe back. The system I needed was for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4dr. All pipe connections fit together decently well. The connection to the ‘Y’ pipe was also very good. The kit includes pipe clamps, however they are not high quality pieces imo and better ones are available if you’re having leaking problems. That being said, I had no issues with the clamps providing a leak free seal. Some of the hangers could definitely use improvement, imo the front hanger should bend down instead of up to better retain the hanger element, which could slide off of an upward facing hanger. Both front and rear hangers needed a half inch of material removed to prevent them from contacting the frame rails, which causes rattling. No one wants their new exhaust to rattle. Trimming prior to installation would be the easiest, but I didn’t notice until after everything was installed. No issues with muffler hangers. All in all a very good package for the DIYer to make your jeep happy and quietly comfortable to drive again. 9/10 would buy again.
