I started taking them because I saw it on tiktok (just like everyone else ) but I did a little more research and began to understand the benefits it has WHEN taken properly. You want to make sure you don’t have liver issues when taking this as it successfully aids in detoxification and elimination of the body! I use it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water to help start the process. If I feel foggy and groggy, I take a few drops in my afternoon sweet juice and it helps keep me through that later half of the day and helps make me ready for elimination as soon as I reach home. I’m my research also led me to understand how it helps with weightloss, brain fog and mental sharpness. I take a few other vitamins and the gotu kola has helped assist whatever vitamin I am taking at the time for that time of day, as some of my vitamins are for night and the gotu kola intensifies those vitamins. Overall I am satisfied and will be using it in my vitamin regimen.

I used this in a mix with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E oil and menthol as an ointment to reduce stretch marks/scarring. It seems to work OK for that. I've also taken it orally to improve circulation. Seems to work a lot better for that purpose.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to write one for this because I want to let other dog parents know that if your dog or cat suffers from seizures or brain issues this has worked for my baby. My dog has bad seizures every 2 weeks and this last one messed up his brain, memory and body functions. I have tried many doctors that subscribed my boy all kinds of expensive rx meds including Kepra, phenobarbital, zominide, gabapentin... you name it. We were about to put our dog to rest because it’s been so stressful and we didn’t want him to suffer anymore. Before we completely gave up we decided to take a holistic approach. Today is the second day he’s been taking this along with bacopa. I give it to him an hour apart. And we already see a big difference. I can’t wait to see the results in a week. This gave us new hope. Natural is better. We need to take care of our earth and these beautiful natural healing resources it provides us with.

Don’t waste your money — it’s not a real product and it tastes awful.

? not my hair.. I only and close the bottle but for some reason today I decided to look inside? and saw this.. the product is good, has been working well.. flavor is whatever, it’s obviously not going to taste good but you suck it up, like when you take a shot.. I’ve been talking close to everyday for almost a week and a half.. but wtf is this?? really gross.. it was easy to notice but why was it in my bottle?

I have been putting this tincture in me Smart Tea with turmeric every morning for 2 weeks. I have felt more alert and present. I feel like I can better sense when anxiety is kicking in and have had an easier time stopping it in it's track. Today I added more than usual since it was little left and I still could not taste it but I felt the improvement, including increased blood flow which has been an issue for my having Raynaud's disease. I have now subscribe to having it sent regularly as it is now a part of my regimen.
