Very confusing lacks instructions
Besides the other review issues (balloon rips, hard to get the extension tool to work)The tool that stretches balloon doesn't fit over the purple top and often pops off the top when transporting from the tool to top.Once on it vacuums correct but doesn't stay clinging to the purple top (5 in opening) and is only about 3 inches so very little fits inside.With lack of instruction I have no clue how to get finished balloon off top and tied. Looking at the crappy instructions it looks like we're missing a wedge piece and the other piece is way too big for us to make any sense of how to use. We pulled them off by hand but it looses most of the air. Making it about useless for business.

Compact and worth it
I replaced my classy wrap balloon machine that I’ve had for years with one because the seal was broken and I needed to replace the lid…it’s a 3rd of the size and does just as good if not better.

The balloon shrunk 5hrs later
The latex broke around the edges but I was finally able to blow it up and put things inside and tied it up per the sheet but 6hrs later the air went out It shrunkI don’t know if the clear boho is the same. The instructions are minimal and it doesn’t show the clear. I’m assuming it works the same but I need to know why it won’t keep air inside

It’s better than previously reviewed!!
I was on the fence about this purchase due to the reviews. But it came in a total of three boxes (nested) each piece in a separate bag and the two domes came with padding. So clearly they heard the reviews about being broken! It is a bit of a learning curve because the balloon stretching tool is large (I used sempetex clear 18) and the tool comes taped to the bottom of the third box. I do think the provided pump is necessary because the tube you need comes with a latch to that specific pump. I have a pump I use all the time and that wouldn’t work with this machine. I am pleased with the machine overall.
