This is the only equipment you need to make your core burn! I am sweating after doing 10 slider plank / pike exercise & cant wait untill I can do a handstand! Not bad for 43 yr male. I love this little blue bastard he is well worth the money and even better how I've got two of them!

Works great on carpet. Also great fun playing and sliding around with the kids Could do with exercises included is my only gripe

Honestly I didn't expect these to be as amazing as they are. I picked them up on a whim and they are so useful. I still can't do a straight arm pike press to handstand, but the usefulness in core work and stretching is amazing. And my kids love using them as skates around the lounge.

These are absolutely amazing. I bought these for an aductor strain, I needed this for physio exercise, but have come to realize that you can do some much with these and I am so happy to have them in my kit for training!

It’s not upto the mark.

The foam on top grips your foot or hand and they slide really well on carpet. They are used by two adults so they are sturdy and support larger weights. Highly recommended.
