Straps fit as expected. You will need to buy 13mm bolts as it did not come with any. The old ones snapped off the old straps and were unusable.

Perfect fit for the ‘99 TJ.

I'm replacing the gas tank skid plate due to excessive rust, and it was suggested to replace the straps too. Good idea because I found that the existing straps were in poor condition as well.
