I’ve had this in operation for a week now and it is working flawlessly. There is an app that allows you to set up the timing of the fragrance by day, hour, and amount of spray. You can have several different settings per day or have it run all day. The scent production is excellent. I have a 3,500 sq ft space and placed the unit by the stairs. I would say this distributes the scent easily throughout 1,500 sq ft or more. I ordered Aroma360 oils and just emptied it into the container. Just that simple and it seems the oil is going to last for several month. The product appears to be made well - it has a metal casing and has some weight to it. It hums a little when it sprays but that lasts only a few seconds. It’s not really noticeable. As long as I don’t have any issues down the road, this is a great product at a fraction of the cost of similar items!

The machine seems to work but the app is the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m am pretty tech literate and this app does nothing its instructions claim it should do. First off, the instructions show a registration screen, but the app itself doesn’t include the same information. For instance, there’s no place to include your email or phone number (the instructions show a screen with those details) so there’s no way to activate your account. The pictures don’t match what the app actually does. I’ve tried connecting anyway and neither wifi nor Bluetooth will connect. In Bluetooth, the device doesn’t show up to add it.Without a usable app, you cannot control the machine as there are no manual controls on it. It turns on when you plug it in and then cycles on and off but there’s no way to control the amount or timing of the unit. If I can’t figure this out then I will be returning.

I liked the style and design of this diffuser. What also attracted me was the capacity for the diffuser and the price point. Overall I am happy with this diffuser.The cons to this item is that it is still fairly loud, but quieter than others I have tried. Also the App is not very intuitive and difficult to navigate.

This is very cool. Pls know it DOESNT come with fragrance. I only use rhe high quality diffuser oil. The timer function allows me to save when the fragrance /oil is used. One small vial lasts about a month. But let me tell you, your house really does smell amazing! This works

I like the My Way scent that I bought. It's nice to have the aroma in the home. THe machine is way too loud though. I have moved it repeatedly trying to find a spot that it does not annoy me. The app is the worst I've ever used. I have apps for many gadgets in my house, thermostat, garage doors, lighting, swimming pool, etc. I have never had one that is so stinking hard to use. I really wish the app was useable. I decided to return it, however, I missed the deadline. I am stuck with it. Oh well.

Great product for over a year and the app/device is working great. The timer can be set to different release times each day!

First of all, the app… is crap. 💁🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️. It’s ridiculously complicated, full of glitches and only works some of the time. If the app worked like it should, then it would warrant the $200 price- it would be better if it had controls on the unit itself or a remote. When trying to set the app preferences like start/stop time, and for how many seconds you want the oils dispersed it will show your preferred settings, you hit save and all the sudden it goes back to default settings. Very frustrating. That being said, I’d really like this diffuser if there were other ways to control it besides the app. But since the app is half the problem I think the unit isn’t worth much more than $100. 🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️

My item came scratched, a big dent on the top of the fragrance holder, and all of the inside parts were loose and the one part that holds the adapter piece was totally cracked and would not hold the adapter. This would’ve surely caused an electrical fire.
