No, you can just keep them as they are and not worry about the superficial damage. They’ll be plenty of scuffs / marks during their use. Enjoy

I doubt that you can buy separates of this set but there is still a wide availability of quality separates on Amazon and probably in your local car accessory store.

How to clean these spanners, especially the red coating? thanks

They are silicone so a spirit to clean works (a proper degreasent is ideal for this and works well). Some staining from oils cannot be removed entirely it seems as the tiny pores of the silicone get filled with oily muck.
