I manage over 100 Dell laptops for work. I refuse to pay Dell prices for replacement parts.This was the perfect replacement for a failed Dell laptop battery. There were no issues with installation. The battery even came with the screwdrivers needed for replacement. Thanks!

The battery fits great and works fine. However there were no instructions specific to how to install this particular battery , just generic ones that were meant for a click in replacement.Also this battery did not come with the screws that are I believe supposed to be non-removable ( in the upper left and right spots), I had to use some force to remove the old ones from the original battery and use them again in this one. Also I had to reuse the battery cable form the original battery.So while it fits well and the battery life seems to be up to par with the original Dell battery that was in there (from what I can remember) I feel like it could have been easier to install if they had spent just a few dollars more. Thus I am giving it four stars for now.

I order the product for the second time, cause the first one lasted 3 months.And on top of that the second one came with a different adaptor, so it wont fit my computer.I travelled back to Colombia and I have been trying to return it but has been impossible.

Seems to be good quality and works. Time will tell for long term value

Worked ok but would help if had instruction on how to remove cord and screws from old battery and install them on the new battery.

Didn’t work, don’t buy

After two months the battery no longer held a charge. Could not return past the 30 day return window.
