I have used this vacuum sealer for 4 times, and every time the sealer heating strip melts the bag, even though it has not been used in hours. I plug it in to start a bag, and it melts the plastic. I have to count to 4 and cancel the seal function so it will seal properly. Also, the lock down handle goes past the detent when pushed down, causing the lock to disengage on the right side of the unit, then it will not vacuum. I must position the handle and hold the lock down lever in a certain exact position to get the vacuum to work. I am very dissatisfied with this vacuum sealer. The only things good are the roll holder and bag cutter.

I was not really into vacuum sealing before using this sealer and I am still not completely into it. However, this product is sufficient for vacuum sealing and has enough power to do so with ease. I don’t use it constantly, but when I do, I focus on using it for things that are going into the freezer because I want to prevent freezer burn and because I just generally want to keep things organized in the freezer. The sealer isn’t too loud to be, but it definitely makes noise. I am not sure if all sealers make noise, but this one does. Also, there are different settings which offer different types of sealing. This sealer does its job and functions well. It would be great to see some updated instructions to help out with usage.

This is a very nice, easy to use food storage bag sealer thst is super easy to use. I love using it to protect foodbthat Inwill be storing in the freezer. Great value and will end up saving you money in the long run, no more freezer burn!

I have owned some before and this is not the best I have owned.. it works, yes, but it's not that great. Very loud

This has worked well so far. It has a bit of a learning curve as to how much to put in bag for good seal. It does get pretty hot and needs a few minutes to cool between uses. I do wish the directions were a little clearer. I had a hard time figuring out which bags to use when ordering more bags.

This has been a wonderful addition to our food storing. It’s easy to use, the presets are convenient. It is sturdy and a great value.

I recent go this to replace my old one. Sorry, it wasn't really old, just 2 years. Well anyway, the old one was loosing it's suction power. And that was just unacceptable. This new one has a roll cradle on the back, feeds through from the back, and cuts. All things I didn't have on the old one. I vacuum seal a lot. So being able to have the roll stay with the machine, "Ready To Go" is just perfect.

This sealer works very well. Well built, easy to use. For the price, it is a great value.
