Looks very pretty when it's all fired up and illuminated blue
Well packaged, came with instructions, however you guys nearly lost a star for the instructions being partially off the sheet of paper which makes it difficult to read. Might want to pay attention to that. Not a big issue for me because I knew what I was doing, might be for others, though to be honest, set up is fairly self explanatory, hence the keeping of the star.Looks very pretty when it's all fired up and illuminated blue. I bought this as a Xmas gift for someone who already had a screen, keyboard and mouse which are fine, but their actual PC should have been retired a long time ago. Don't do what I did and try to set it up then realise that you don't actually have a keyboard or mouse with which to do that! Late night trip to Asda ensued. Everyone in our home uses a laptop.Got it all set up, had to enter codes and call an automated Windows line to verify the copy of Windows. I'm guessing it's just sat in a box for a while. That wasn't difficult, it talks you through it. Nothing daunting. As the line is automated, it didn't matter that this was the early hours of the morning either. It runs beautifully. I know that there's nothing much on it yet, however, when I switch it on, it turns on and is ready to go within a few seconds. It's pretty much immediate. It comes in the box that the casing would have been in. It protects it well, so that is great. Don't expect the spec etc. to be on the box the way it would be if you bought it from Currys/PC world etc. This has been built and it has been built well. It is an excellent product. I am extremely pleased with the spec for what I paid for it and I'm looking forward to seeing the reaction at Xmas.

Does what it says on the box.
Very good computer for the price, and even better if you have a decent video card handy that you can plug in. If you are looking for a gaming machine then this is *adequate* for most things (World of Warcraft and Second Life run fine on it, for example) - just be aware you're not going to get blistering framerates. It handles all internet business, emails, etc. well and is a good, reliable all-round performer. The only downside thing I have to say about is that is *not* particularly quiet, especially when the fan runs at full blast...for me this is not an issue since I have no remaining family members to disturb, but those who are usually in a room with others might want to consider this.So yes, as long as you're not expecting to do online gaming at 50-100 fps this will do the job nicely for what you pay. Recommended.

... I've bought online but I am really really really happy I did
I was so worried about purchasing a computer on Amazon as this was the most expensive thing I've bought online but I am really really really happy I did.The PC arrived on time, well packaged, not even a scratch, in a very good condition. The PC looks amazing with its blue neon lights that go perfectly with my neon blue keyboard mouse and speakers. It comes with windows 10 you just need to put the code down (the code came at the side of the PC, some sort of sticker) the code is not on the papers you receive so read carefully through the instructions beforeand. Its fast and works perfectly for what I want ( may vary depending on your Internet provider) I know that if there's a lot of usage in the house the internet tends to be slower by seconds not even minutes but its because my household sometimes uses 4 pcs at the same time.I was able to play World of Warcraft without any problem or lag my old laptop would take ages to even login in.I cant recommend enough :)

Avoid!! Search elsewhere instead!!
Very rarely leave feedback, maybe I should leave feedback more often after this experience. Bought this item during the two days of Prime in July 2019. It actually arrived a day earlier than the appointed delivery day. Before purchasing, as you do, you check any reviews. Most seemed to be favourable, 4 or 5 stars out of 5. But that was coming from 'proper' gamers maybe? Folk who knew alot about computers. I don't know alot about them, particularly base unit computers. But you at least expect the product to be set up and ready to go, as it claimed, once you put in the internet connection details. We couldn't get a connection, maybe once in all the hours we tried. You're havin a laugh straight away. Never mind entry level gaming, we couldn't even open a basic browsing page!! Never came with a power cable. If you are forking out a bit of cash, you again, expect an item like this to come with all the accessories. How many people have spare cables hanging about the place, if you're not tech minded?? Contacted the seller, who was very unhelpful. Just gave us a telephone number to call, with a ticket number for technical support!! Aye right, I'm gonna spend how long on the phone at what extra cost?? Trying to understand the technical side of things? To say we were disappointed is an understatement. And of course, it was a third party seller, not fullfilled by Amazon uk. Big mistake that I'll never make again. The hassle to send it back was unreal. The biggest downfall of course, in internet shopping is if anything goes wrong, nevermind any other reason. So, in summary, unless you actually know ALOT about base unit gaming computers, then some people might indeed find this a bargain, and can upgrade etc accordingly. But, like us, if you are looking for a computer on a budget, forget it. Buy from an actual shop if you can, and hang onto the physical reciept..
