This is a Great Machine
Love this little rig. and such a value for the money. I am a gamer and wanted the bang for my buck and got it. I am not one that needs the fancy case with all the bling. so this one is perfect for me. It comes with a remote that i can adjust the lights to my liking. I do have to say that I have never seen the inside of a case like this. It opens like a book. (had to transfer files from old PC to new) But if you open it make sure none of the wires/cable are in the way when you close it. We accidentally must have wiggled the GPU fan connecter and had an over heat issues. We reopened the case and gently jiggled all the connection and now this thing is a beast. I am able to run Second life, PSP 2023, Chrome and discord with no issues. I HIGHLY recommend this system.

Video card died less than a week in, WIFI adapter dead on arrival.
update on 6/6/2023… I am pretty pissed right now. Nvidia video card has quit working. Not sure why. I have only has this computer since May 31st, I havent even finished moving all my stuff over to it. I will reach out to the seller later today. Have messaged the seller and hopefully they will send me a replacement video card, havent even had this computer a week and the dedicated GPU video card is dead. everything is as advertised except the included wifi adapter is junk (seller messages you with a link to an updated driver for the usb adapter), cannot keep a connection and when it does I get only 20-30 mbps thats the limit of the adapter, I have a 500mb connection through spectrum seller should also mention how the system is partitioned. when they say 128gig + 3tb he means the windows operating system is installed on a seperate 128 gig partition/drive and the 3 tb is the second drive, so my c drive is 128 gigs and my d drive is 3 tb, actually 2.72 tb operating system should have been installed on the largest drive and 128 gig drive should have been made the recovery drive in case you ever needed to restore the system. system does have 32 gigs of ram, and it is running windows 10 pro, not sure why the operating system wasnt installed on the larger drive, processor is 3.2 Ghz, and my video card is the geforce gtx 1660 Ti with 6gig of dedicated video memory.

Working great
We got two of these for our teenage son and daughter. He does a lot of gaming and she is learning to play the guitar and keyboard and has some cool software she uses. Both of them seem happy and we haven’t had any issues.

Mostly great
Granddaughter bought this to play Hogwarts Legacy and Roblox. It wa shipped well, starts up fine (keyboard and mouse are cheap quality, but work fine). It plays both games great (she only needs a 1080P monitor supported anyway). The only cons so far are: 1. Had to immediately replace the included wifi usb dongle with a better quality option as it wouldn’t maintain connectivity 2. The fan attached to the video card was at the smallest angle inside creating a vibration noise that was incredibly loud. It took a bit to figure out which of the multiple fans it was since it was so loud it couldn’t be located due to sound alone. I just happened to push on the video card and the sound faded. I used a piece of plastic to prop the video card just slightly and the noise has gone away. For the price, this is an overall win.

Great Computer!
Going off of the actual renewed PC (not the Laptop) Its great! For the cheap price and the good build quality I think its worth the money. The Mouse and keyboard that come with it are solid (The mouse is a little janky). Lets just say its a good purchase. (Just beware the mouse)

Worked for 4 Months Then Motherboard or CPU Died
I ran into some problems with this Machine right from day 1. I kept fixing them, but then the motherboard failed after 4 months and I gave up on this machine. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Problems: 1. The SDD is a little too small for Windows. The SDD quickly filled up and the lack of room on C: caused problems, so I replaced it with a larger SSD. 250g would be fine if you don't want much else on C: than windows and whatever utility programs auto-install themselves to C. My other pc has a 250g SSD and windows takes up 122gb, but this SSD only has 118gb of usable space. 2. The case is not a normal PC case, it's a proprietary Dell case which, imo, is too packed and doesn't have enough airflow. The power supply is also a proprietary Dell power supply that's shaped like a box of crackers, it's a rectangular shape and they don't make that part anymore, so replacing it would require finding a used one and hoping it had some mileage left. It's better to buy a PC with a standard tower and cube-shaped power supply. 3. The Wifi dongle is useless, but you can very cheaply purchase an internal wifi card that will easily install into the PC. 4. On arrival, I needed to install some components I bought with the PC (2nd SSD, wifi card) and on this type of case, there should be a plastic blue latch that will allow you to open the case. The plastic latch was missing, meaning I had a latched door with no doorknob on my side which cause me to have to cut the little hooks keeping the case shut. 5. Less than three weeks from date of receipt, this PC shut off and the screen wouldn't turn back on. I inspected the inside of the case and found that the power cable (8pin/sata power) connecting the video card to the power supply seemed to be faulty. Some of the pins were scorched and there was melting on the connector with the scorched pins. Replacing the power cable did fix that problem. 6. 4 months in and now the PC won't power on at all. Nothing happens when I press the button. PC shutoff while being used, so we know it's not the switch. Power supply has a test button and works. The Motherboard or CPU must be bad. It's the only other thing that could cause this. A replacement is about $80, since they don't make this kind anymore it will be used and will have to have everything transferred from the old board, including the CPU, which may be faulty as well. It'll be $150 at least to replace the CPU. I've invested too much time, energy and money. I'm cutting my losses with this machine and ordering something more robust.
