As far my observations "Vtamin D " can be get from this capsules and strengthen the bones. But daily 15 minutes in early sunrise (or) sunset exposure to our body for one month will review our "Vtamin D " ASAP

From one tablet serving, it’s 3 tablet servings. So the dosage per tablet is reduced to 1/3. Now all the supplement selling company’s have started it. Summary sell supplement and make more money. A whole lot of cheats.

I noticed that one capsule has a hole and is broken. There may be several more, I haven't checked. Please monitor the quality of your products. I'm removing two stars.

Super awesome supplement. This the the real deal Vitamin B-12 methylcobalamin unlike those other brands that uses synthetic B-12 cyanocobalamin. All natural ingredients. Love that. No side effects either.
