No customer support, lots of disconnects and niggles prevent this from being a finished product.
UPDATE:I decided to update this review as I have become more and more frustrated with Tittle X. I have had to change my review from a 5 star to 2 star based on my experience. I still think its good value and nice introduction to golf sims but here is what has resulted in me returning the product.Using real clubs becomes so frustrating as you need to unclip the Tittle X and cradle each time you change club. It takes a bit of time and ends up disconnecting between changing clubs, if you are lucky it will reconnect but sometimes it just wouldnt reconnect at all. The other annoying thing is that after changing clubs it will keep changing to driver as the cradle is designed for driver (they plan on doing a full set of cradles which would sort most of these issues out, but not yet available)Using the swing stick is ok and removes the issues above but I had played a few rounds using the swing stick and when I went out and played for real I could not hit a ball. My clubs felt so long and unnatural after using the swing stick so I refuse to use it now.The tittle X also had one of clips get damaged just by taking on and off.The biggest reason for my return though is due to having no response from their support about any of my issues and their support email address is no longer reachable and emails are returned undelivered. I also tried their facebook page but no response their either. As it stands I cant recommend this for any golfer, if you are not a golfer and looking for a fun game then it wont do you any harm using the swing stick. If they fix the issues to allow a much better experience using real clubs and sort out their customer support then id stand by my original review below.I stumbled across this while looking for an affordable golf simulator solution. There was only 1 review which was 1 star but that is from someone who has not even tried it and, only rated it 1 star because it doesn't work on Mac (how this review made it onto Amazon I don't know, but it shouldn't be allowed as its not right to rate the product for not supporting mac when it doesn't claim too)Anyway on to the product itself, it costs £200 and comes with 12 courses on E6 golf which is one of the leading golf simulator software on the market. With this in mind I think it is very good value for money, and shouldn't be compared to more expensive golf sims. So far I have found it really fun and also going forward I think it will help improve my game. The swing stick is surprisingly good and works great in the living room with no fear of hitting the ceiling. Ive not tried it with real clubs yet but will do soon.Another bonus is the stick that comes for kids to use I have used as an accessory for my VR golf setup. It adds a whole new dimension to The Golf Club VR and I dont have to worry to much about hitting walls or ceilings.Along with the E6 software the Tittle X has its own iOS/Android software so this can be used independently from a PC and with just a phone or tablet. I tried it briefly and it looks quite good, less to it and more arcadey than the E6 software but good for travelling etc. I had my iPhone airplay to Apple TV and there was no delay at all between swinging and the app showing ball flight.Going back to the first reviewers complaint about it not being supported on Mac, I had replied to say that you can install windows on mac using Bootcamp. Being a heavy mac user myself I have done this and can confirm the E6 software is working fine on my MacBook 12 (2017) The only issue is that you can only authorise 1 computer to get the 12 courses. I have already authorised my PC but it would be good to have the software on my MacBook for portability. Im not sure if its possible to transfer authorisation between the 2 when required but im looking into it.Overall I think this is a great product and a great way for the average/casual golfer to learn about how your swing can affect the shot. Its a great introduction into golf simulation without spending £1000's, Im going to try it on my PJ later on, looking forward to that. It is a lot of fun too and a great way to spend time with family and give the kids a more active fun game rather than sitting playing computer games.
