I love this brand and this product. I made my Thai Red Curry soup and it was delicious! I used almost the whole jar. The product adds a nice heat, without being too overly spicy. I want more spice, so next time I'll use the entire jar and order more than 1 jar. This product is difficult for me to find in stores. I went to Wegmans, Target, and an Indian grocery store.
