8" Wood Working Carpenters Bench Vice Bolt Mounted 200mm Wide

This vice is a first rate product at a very reasonable price,It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The vice is simple to fit to the bench.It is well made and robust.I am a proffesional carpenter and joiner an it exceeds my expectations.It held a 3 metre length of timber securly for electric planing with no problems. I definatly recommend it.

A really good vice. Works well. One issue is the gap between the front plate and the winder. I keep knocking by fingers on the front plate every time I wind it in. now looking for a thin strip of foam to stick on the edges of the front plate.

I am only a hobbyist woodworker and didn't want to spend to much on a vise. This product was exactly as described. Only just fitted it and it was easy to do. I haven't used it yet in earnest but so far so good. I am pleased with it.

Feels and looks like a quality piece of kit. Easy to fit and no instructions required for most adequate DIYers. Arrived in hood time and am very happy with it.

Poor quality vice.But you get what you pay for.Screw and guide bars way off square.Handle ends fell off when opening box.Really poor paont job.

ok for hobbyist or small jobs but if your looking for a good sturdy vice look elsewhere

Your survey asked about ‘sheerness’. How can a woodworking vice be described as ‘sheer’? It beggars belief. Anyway, rant over, its great value and does the job. Could have dove either with screw supplied for the vice jaw cheeks to the vice (as least as an ioption upon purchase) or information as to what the size of the screws are. Otherwise, it’s great. I’m using double sided tape temporarily. Very pleased with it all round.
