I had to get another mixer, which I had a professional heavy duty and I wanted one just like it, I came across this one and took a chance. I use my mixer all the time! So far I am enjoying getting to learn how this one works and it is so quite, speeds are perfect, at this time I have no complaints but praise, the bowl and the attachments are even impressive.

I splurged on this mixer to reduce the additional time it was taking to make multiple batches of batter etc. with my previous well known under powered machine. My previous machine struggled mixing a double batch of short bread batter whereas this machine easily handles a triple batch. Another feature of this machine is its weight and suction cups which prevent the machine from sliding around while mixing even under heavy load. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

I like to make yeast risen dough in small batches. This is 8 quarts which is great for my use! I made some awesome dinner rolls and great pizza dough during the first week I had this amazing mixer. I cannot think of anything that I do not like about it. Easy to use, even easier to clean! If you want to get done quicker and never break a sweat, then this is the machine!!

I have always wanted one of these mixers and decided to finally buy one. I spend a lot of time baking just for home and I do tons of baking for the holidays. It makes everything so much easier and making bread is a breeze now. My other stand mixer was just to small and could not handle all the recipes I make and including bread. Plus it has all metal attachments. No cheap plastic. Happy with purchaseAdding an update now: Used this mixer many many times and I still LOVE IT! I can mix a triple batch of cookies at the same time which I could never do with my regular stand mixer. Very very happy with this purchase. :-)

I’m bitterly disappointed because my last version of this mixer lasted (almost daily use) for almost 18 years. This model broke after three months. They have obviously changed their manufacturing process. Do not buy.
