I just purchased this product so I would have to come back to give you my honest review but my best friend recommended to me. She said she is on her 2nd bottle and she says it is really working for her gut and has lost a few pounds on it but also suppresses her appetite. So I’m actually looking forward taking this. This is worth the purchase. Immediately suppresses your appetite, reduces bloating, and improves gut health. I have never had issues with my weight. I was 126 when I hit perimenopause. Over a four month period my weight jumped to 165. I have worked my butt over losing the weight in my own. I amNow back to 135. But these last 10 pounds do not want to move. Meno belly is a nightmare. I have only been taking this product for a month. No weight loss yet but the other benefits will keep me using this product. I’m determined to get back to my normal weight. The biggest blessing from this pill is the joint pain relief. I was in pain in my knees, froze shoulder pain, and collarbone discomfort. 24 hours after taking this pill the pain was gone and has not returned. For that reason I won’t stop taking this because I can’t live in pain. It’s worth the purchase ladies!

Different probiotics work for different people. I tried a few which worked ok, but I know this one works best for me. I’m not doing it for losing weight (although that would be a good thing), but it does keep me regular and no upset stomach or gas as some have claimed. I’ve subscribed to this one as it works for me.

Been taking this about a month, seems to do what it says it will do. Looking for gut health and this seems to really help. I will continue to take it, I think I have lost a couple of.pounds as well.

Before I got this product I was using a cheaper probiotic from Walmart which served me well as I used to stay constipated and it kept things flowing for me. I decided to try this one since it was supposed to be really great with more bacteria strains etc. and help with losing some weight. I used it for a week and got so constipated! I stopped using it and went back to my former probiotic but my stomach is still really messed up. Also, this product is not eligible for refund or return through Amazon. I did reach out to Envitamin, the seller, who promptly refunded the full amount. They were very nice, fast, and helpful.

Love this Simbiosys! Works great for me! I take it every morning and I feel great all day! I’m not sure it’s suppressing my appetite that much but I have lost weight! It really just makes me feel better. I will definitely stay on Simbiosys!!!!

I now have this on subscription because I feel it's a good probiotic at a reasonable price. Seems to help with digestion and I even lost a few pounds.

Probably nothing wrong with this product but it gave me constant almost uncontrollable diarrhea. So if you have had any kind of bowel surgery be cautious using this product
