The Pros: Excellent Customer Service: When the set arrived, one of the frying pans was warped (empenada). I contacted the warranty department, and they were brilliant—they sent out a replacement right away without any fuss. Complete Set: For the price, you get a great variety of pots and lids that cover almost all your kitchen needs. The Cons: Durability Issues: Unfortunately, the replacement frying pan has already warped again.
