Before ordering I checked they they were eligible for return/refund, according to the items return policy they are so long as I try them on OVER my existing underwear, which I would always do anyway. I am 5ft 7 tall and a size 18/20 so I ordered size XL. The waistband does not stick to under my bra line, it just rolls down, and despite being such a seemingly small pair of underwear and hoping they would hold me in a bit, they do not. They make no difference at all! When I tried to requested a return/refund the automated system said I couldn't so I went through to virtual customer services whereby I was offered a refund in full with no need to return the item.
