First impression of it was nice packaging, smells good, and it may look like they didn’t fill the tub all the way but it’s an average amount for a supplemental powder (I use a lot of powder supplements). I didn’t take it on it’s own but I added it to banana milk and made it intensely sweet. Like a stevia kind of sweet. Probably should’ve tried it on its own before experimenting. Half a cup in and my stomach and bowel sounds became very active. Mind you banana milk is lactose free so can’t be that factor. Got this to see if it’ll help my gut health and heard the l-glutamine helps with weight loss. Hopefully it works out for me :)

I had skin outbreaks with micro volcanoes, rough leather skin sores, etc. After 1 1/2 months I am about 90% healed --- I figured I had a leaky gut. I figure it is going to take 3 months of the following to get completely healed. ----- I 1) Stopped the sugary drinks 2) Added this along with Kachava meal replacement, Probiotic + Prebiotic, Triglyceride version of Omega 3, CoQ10 .... pLUS I rarely eat and CUT OUT gluten ...... In short, I got really serious and really disciplined about my diet. But Terry Healthy gut was only an essential but necessary part toward healing myself. I want to say that these things are not a one-time fix but a LIFESTYLE eating change that I permanently plan on doing.

I'm writing this review after using this product 2 times! It started working right away! My background is that I had GERD for 5 years. The last year I had terrible stomachaches and irregularity, sometimes going up to 10 times a day. That has been 99.9% cured with 4 months of Diatomaceous Earth and daily Zenwise enzymes/probiotics!! Thanks to Trump I've been drinking a lot more lately. My gut has been handling it well until this past time. I believe the extra disturbance was due to a new high dose of MSM I had started. This product arrived the day of my hangover and was the first thing I took. It worked instantly and brought so much soothing relief! I woke up the 2nd day, still with a little stomach disturbance and the product was instantly calming again! I am new to NAC which is also in this product, and if you are not on NAC, make sure you get on it! It's a great hangover cure also and I just feel so much better!

I was on prednisone for 4 years. If you’ve had to take corticosteroids or have an autoimmune condition you understand constant stomach upset. This brand was actually recommended to me by my palliative care doctor who works at a major hospital I take this product 1 scoop mixed with water (and 1 scoop of my six star brand amino powder for caffeine &energy ) every morning in place of coffee. If I have a really bad twisty day with my gut, I take another heaping scoop in a 16 or 20 ounce bottle of water mid day. (No six star powder) I have had great success with this product calming my gut issues.
