Still waiting for a refund
I am a 66yr old absolute beginner. The keyboard sounds pretty good to my ears. However, the manual is next useless. There appears to be a record feature; would be handy if there was guidance on how to use it. Trying to follow a couple of lines in the manual just results in a random backing track being played.Chord accompaniment and synchronous start - who knows - a mystery. Asmuse support is non-existent. Pity. Debating whether to return it.Update (26/05/2023):This was returned, eventually. Amazon's courier Evrie (a hopeless shower of a company) refused on 2 separate occasions to take the keyboard. Amazon, eventually organised a DPD pickup - Amazon insisted that no new returns labels were required. DPD wanted new labels - they took the keyboard and assured me it would be returned to Amazon.We then had to discuss this with Amazon as no refund was forthcoming. DPD assured us the keyboard has been returned. Still NO REFUND. We are still chasing AMAZON to get a refund. Currently £226 out of pocket. AMAZON NEEDS TO GET IT'S ACT TOGETHER. Next stop the credit card company.
