Great for sore wrists for building strength
I work in a steel factory and assemble steel brackets for local businesses in Wisconsin and contractors across the country. Its very important to take care of my hands and wrists. Over time, my wrists started to hurt and be painful at times. With these, I squeeze the handles and the pain slowly goes away and I can feel my wrists slowly build strength. The ease of use is outstanding and value for money is well worth it. I would highly highly recommend these to anyone who wants to build strength back in their wrists or to use for a simple wrist exercise. These are outstanding for me as I absolutely will use them every day.

These are perfect for most .If I have to guess ,they're about 20 lb which is perfect for hard-working hands. I use the one on a drive to work and I leave the other one at home
