Really works, really worth it.
I am an engineer, and even my shoddy cookies don't stick to this thing. It is MUCH better than some of rhe cheaper knock-offs. Easier to clean if you give it a quick roll in both directions to break stuff loose, but not hard to clean at all. I like to use mine on top of a NordicWare Pro baking sheet in a Breville; that seems to be a good combo.

Perforations are very strange
Unlike Silpats I have purchased in the past, this one is perforated, allowing batter and dough to leak through , and stick to, to the underlying sheet pan. Parchment paper is a better bet.

Can’t clean this thing
This mat, unlike others I have, is perforated. You can’t clean the gunk that gets into the little holes. It’s worthless.
