Great advancement in guitar picks
VERY NICE PRODUCT. I try to play guitar but have always been uncomfotable with any flat pick. Mostly they turn in my hand or just feel akward. NOT THESE BABIES!!! They fit nicely on the thumb and work well with either the up or down strum. Really just what I was looking for. One thing to be aware o,f the thin pick (that I purchased) feels pretty light and thin. That doesn't seem to impact the sound in anyway. I potentially might purchase a medium set after I get used to the thins. There is a slight learning curve to adjust to the feeeling of the pick on the thumb. Still it's a well made product.

Great pick, very slow service!
Love the pick. Different thicknesses for your style. Did not appreciate the service. Ordered more on Jan 14; just got notice they shipped Feb 6th😕 ( not arrived, just “shipped”)

Comfortable Fit, Versatile Feel, and Great for Fingerstyle
I picked up the Black Mountain Light Gauge Thumb Picks to improve my fingerstyle accuracy, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The spring-loaded design gives a secure yet comfortable grip, especially for medium to large thumbs, and the light gauge pick offers a smooth, responsive feel that works well for both picking and strumming. Also as I get older, I’ve come to appreciate the quiet ease of not having to grip a pick—there’s something freeing about letting my thumb do the work, especially when comfort and flow matter more than speed. What sets these apart is the hybrid flexibility—they let you switch between thumb picking and flatpicking without changing tools. I’ve used them on acoustic and electric guitar, but they’re also great for banjo and mandolin. The beveled edge reduces drag, and the pick stays in place even during longer sessions. If you’re looking for a thumb pick that blends control, comfort, and versatility, this one delivers. Just be sure to choose the right tension—regular for comfort, extra-tight if you have smaller thumbs or want a firmer grip.

Excellent new thumb picking product.
I’ve been using Dunlop and national thumb pics for 40 years and always felt the pick parts were too thick to actually use for lead picking and strumming. This unique combination pick and thumb pick is perfect for me. It’s actually increased the variety of techniques I can use with my thumb, including strumming, arpeggio, picking and regular alternating bass picking. I was worried about the spring loaded clamp holding onto my thumb, but it does an excellent job.on arpeggio, picking and regular alternating bass picking. I was worried about the spring loaded clamp holding onto my thumb, but it does a excellent job. Very well-made product, I’ll never go back Dunlops or nationals.

Nice pick for beginners. Initially awkward for experienced players.
I have been using this pick for a few months now and have to admit there is a decent learning curve and takes some time to get used to it. It is definitely pretty versatile and comes in handy when thumb picking the bass notes but I think my preference is still with my old finger pick for most songs. Maybe it would be a better pick for someone to learn on who is just starting out. One nice part is that I don’t ever drop it.

Function and Quality
I am a guitar player who has a difficult time maintaining a good grip on a pick. Because of that, I play with my fingers and hooked up to an Amp for better volume. My wife saw this style of pick and decided to buy it without my knowing about it. Had I known, I probably would have discouraged her from making this purchase. There are times when we are glad to be proven wrong and for me, this would be one of those times. I really appreciate the quality and functionability of this type of pick. You don't hold it, it holds you! The angle of attack on the strings is nearly perfect. I can still play softly with my fingers OR pick notes with a lot of volume, making it very adaptable and versatile. It's built very well and looks to be long lasting because of its built. I highly recommend this product

I really like these. A softer material so gives a warmer sound.

These are good but can take some getting used to! Customise to your fingers with a sharp knife for length. Comfortable & durable, the most expensive pic I have ever come across!

This is the best pick ever. I’m an older gal and have arthritis in my hand and was having trouble holding onto the puck. This pick has changed my life. I’m retired and rely on my guitar for sanity. We’ll done !
