I initiated an eligible return of this product. The suggested box did not fit properly to these locks so my contractor could not use them as the rubber seal would not fit around opening. It’s been over two weeks and I've not received a refund credit.

Lock works well. Had to watch the install video a few times to figure out how to move the handle to the correct position and to install correctly. This is the 2nd handle I bought for 2 different outdoor gates. The first is 4 months old and is handling the outdoor weather well. Nice that no batteries are needed. Great item for the price.

The handle is in front of the buttons, making it difficult to punch the code in. Also, the only way to change the code is to entirely remove (uninstall) the lock. Description says it works on outdoor gates, but the latch is not large enough for the gates. A waste of money.

I purchased 2 of these a few years ago. They have functioned perfectly, provided that I pull the handle upward when opening the door. These work well securing computer room doors and closets with medical or office supplies.

This lock has been a great addition to my new gate. I wanted an easy lockable weatherproof product and this was it.

This is difficult to install and set up. There is a thick bar you need to cut to the correct length for installation. You'll need a hacksaw and vise to hold it while you cut it.There are no instructions on how to change the alignment of handle, this needs to be done for best usage after install.My unit came open and disorganized

Works as advertised and simple to use.
