Warm but has a Weird Crotch Fit
Starting off I'm 5'10 and 180lbs with a 32 inch waist. I bought the medium sized pants and they have an odd fit in the crotch. The stitching, hopefully you can see it in my photo, grips my butt and crotch tighter than similar pants. The ankles of these pants are tight but I had no problem getting my size 10.5 foot through them like others have mentioned. Also, these were not baggy on me as other mentioned.Having a fly is a great addition to these pants and they are very warm. I've worn them in windy 20-30 degree weather in Kentucky. Other than the weird crotch fitting these are very warm and great base layer for the cold weather.

might be better than 32degrees
Just as good as 32 degrees brand if not better. Materials made in US, assembled in Mexico. It looks like quality has improved alot over the past few years. Excellent stitching and they fixed the problem with cuffs being too tight.Highly recommend this product, especially when its on sale for 10 bucks. My first set of coldpruf baselayers are 3 years old and still going strong.

Highly recommend coldpruf merino wool blend base layer!
Living in Kansas with the temperatures in the teens into the 30's right now, I highly recommend coldpruf merino wool blend base layer as a affordable selection. I wear these under my work jeans and recommend these as they have kept my legs from severely getting cold. Before purchasing these I researched merino wool bas layers looking for an affordable brand and coldpruf was the only brand that I found to fit my budget and it has not dissappointed me! They fit me well and the cuffs at the bottom are tight but are meant to keep from sliding down and keep the cold out, and they meet both of these requirements! Thanks for reading and hope this helps! As Hoped. Solid Value. No Cotton.
Just unboxed and put them on. I’m 6’3” and 215lbs with pant size of 38x34 and the large are a good fit. There is a fly. I cannot speak to the durability bug these seem to be of decent quality. I bought these as a light-mid base layer for an upcoming snowshoeing trip in Frisco, Co. The pics will show that the materials should serve well to provide warmth and the moisture wicking desired. The fit is great at the waist, loose at the crotch , snug at thighs and calves and tight at the ankle. I washed them in cold water with other items and they seem ok. Hey, for the price? Jump on it.

Washing instructions
These thermals work great. Keeps me warm and as a base layer is perfect. Its just enough without being to much. The only setback is, inside The washing instructions are so small its almost impossible to read. They say do not use fabric softeners or sheets. I didn't realize this until after doing so. The softner takes away from the quality of the stiffiness of the product. They still perform well but not totally the same.

Sizing off by a full size.
Read all the reviews and ordered a medium as recommended by so many other reviewers. That was a mistake! Ended up returning and ordering large. I'm 5'11", around 180 lbs. and normally wear 34x32 or 34x34 pants. If you are anywhere near my size and weight, ignore the charts and get the LARGE.Took one star off because I had to return and re-order. Size chart should indicate waist size 32-34 as large, not medium. As for the pants; they are of an excellent material blend and keep you plenty warm.

Kept This Texan Warm!
As a first time snowboarder and native Texan, I was worried that I was going to be miserable while out on the slopes. But that was not the case at all! These base layers kept everything nice and warm and did an awesome job of wicking away any moisture. All of my buddies went with cheap wal mart long johns and were complaining the entire time of how wet they were from sweat.

WARNING.. CUFF IS NARROW...
THESE ARE FINE EXCEPT THE CUFF IS TIGHT, SO DIFFICULT TO GO OVER CALF. I AM NOT OBESE BUT HAVE MUSCULAR CALVES. AND I WEAR COMPRESSION STOCKINGS. SO LONG JOHNS GO OVER STOCKING BUT I HAD TO CUT CUFF TO GET THEM OVER MY CALF AND STOCKING. SO NEW PAIR AND MUST CUT CUFFS TO WEAR. I HVE MANY PAIRS FROM WHEN I SPENT MONTH IN HIGHLANDS DND NO PROBLEM. SO THIS BRAND? TOO BAD

Good review overall
Great base layer pants. 60% cheaper than Under Armour. I have tested them out already in -10C temperatures and I will give you my observations. They hold temperature very well, except that they hold temperature way better during low humidity cold temperatures even down to -10C and probably futher. If the temperature is damp an d if it's windy then they seem permeable to cold damp air, even if it's only close to the freezing mark. During damp cold weather, on the windward side my leg was noticeably colder - not a good attribute if you are wearing just regular pants over them. They breathe well, which means they are good for high activity work. If you wore these under windproof snowpants these would be perfect for ski and snowboarding and these pants are already great for low humidity. Slightly itchy, but you stop noticing it after about 30 seconds. Overall, way better for the price than the alternatives that I know about. UPDATE: after the first wash the itchiness went away. The odour control is really good. I wore them for an entire week at work because I was doing overtime and there is no noticeable smell.

Not "Performance"
Warm. Good value for a layer of 30% Merino wool.Pay attention to the reviewers saying they run big. I have a 32" waist and my thighs are probably 24" at their widest, and the mediums are loose on me.Maybe I would rate these higher if they fit more like a true baselayer, but I found they did not wick and breathe as well as other performance baselayers I've used. About 30 minutes into a run at -10C, they were getting a bit damp and so my legs were getting a little cold. Might be better suited for lower-output activities.

Perfect for my Ski Vacation
The ColdPruf Performance Base Layer really came through during my last ski vacation. The area that we were in was experiencing and Arctic cold front producing temperatures down to about -28 celcius. The ColdPruf base layer kept me warm and dry by wicking away any moisture that I produced as I skied. The pants are a bit tight around the ankles and require a bit of tugging to get it over the heal but i prefer it that way rather than it being to loose. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking into a great performance base layer. (... and the price was right too).

Meh
This particular set of long underwear is just OK. I found the tech sheet for buying this misleading. They're not fancy, moisture wicking, or outstanding in any form. I also found the legs to be quite long. (and I have long legs) I find them to be OK for warmth. Not great, just OK. Probably won't buy these again, will probably spend the extra and buy something local.

Great product !
Great product. Size wise, the chart is dead on in my case (M). I'm just a bit shy of 5'8' and I usually wear 33 waist pants. I thought that the regular fit would be kinda loose on me but it ain't. It's perfect and very comfortable. Legs are long enough and covers my ankles as they should. Bought this along with the long sleeve t-shirt and it's a great match. Would buy this product again without hesitation.
