Come with magnetic piece
There was no need to rip apart the original pads, the new ones came with the magnetic piece and just went fine.

Incroyablement surpris de la qualité de ses coussinets je recommande vivement ! La taille intérieur pour les oreilles est idéale et niveau confort c'est parfait, qualité irréprochable. Le cuir synthétique a l'air d'assez bonne qualité (on verra avec le temps). Contrairement à ce que pourrait faire penser l'annonce, les aimants sont bien présents.

BEST REPLACEMENTS ON AMAZON
Wow just wow these fit beautifully and the 3M glue that comes with them stick very well. I was sceptical at first but decided to give it a try because the Astro.com site sells them but they have been out of stock for literal months and my collapsing earpads couldn't wait any longer. Glad to say I will buying another pair of these for a backup set 👍👍👍

Fitment is great
Fitment of the 3M adhesive is great the pad is of similar material and foam is nice and soft haven't fully attached them in the photos but you can see the fitment is great the hole in the center of the foam is slightly smaller than original but not by much overall looks like a quality replacement
