This is a good idea for the door. I rest my elbow on it instead of the door and it's at a perfect height now. My Chihuahua likes to stand on my arm to see out the window and it gives her the right height for that, too. Plus, I can put little things in it (like pup treats). It's easy to install, color almost matches the car interior, and it makes my arm more comfortable.

This is a very tight fit, but stays put and allows the my elbow to rest comfortably at a good angle. the ability to get into the pocket is difficult, but it more than makes up for as an arm rest.

I coupled one of these on my door (placed as close as I could to the window buttons to allow seat belt to come out easily) and coupled it with a "Car Center Console Pad with Tissue Bag' available here on Amazon and I can now sit back and finger-tip steer... it's like driving an easy chair! This thing isn't overly spectacular but it certainly solved a problem and doesn't look too odd doing it.

Make sure you have a leather trim piece this can go on, or your own back-up adhesive. The one that comes with it doesn't stick to anything else BUT leather. The product is good quality and works well tho otherwise. Use this information as you will, happy shipping.

A convenient thing. True, it sticks a little badly to the elbow rest. But overall it is comfortable for the elbow.

It was so small, I feel like it was meant for a cat's arm, not a human arm.
