My first experience was with bands designed primarily for sleeping; this one is not optimized for sleep, but it suffices.I was a little disappointed at first. Then I noticed that wearing this through the day is far more comfortable and cool than my thicker, more thorough coverage band.Battery life is excellent; it lasts for 8 hours of sleep and several hours of morning listening. This morning the darn thing still had 70% battery when I got up.It's comfy enough. Some people said the speakers weren't placed right but, you can move them to suit, so I don't get that complaint. The volume is fine. They work okay for calls also.

I have trouble sleeping. Since using these sleep headphones with the Calm app I’ve been sleeping much better. If there was a way to make these with noise cancellation that would be even better. For the price, these work great and much more comfortable than ear buds.

While my wife and I get along great in most aspects, especially in the bedroom, deciding on an audio book or music genre to listen to at night when we are going to sleep, is something we absolutely cannot agree on. So, instead of going to expensive marriage counseling, I purchased a couple of these sleep headphones, gray for her and black-blue for me, and now, our marital bliss in the bedroom is back! If she wants to read Clan of the Cave Bear and I want to listen to a Star Trek podcast when we go to bed (for sleep), we can now do so without interfering with each other's chosen method of relaxation.The sleep bands are comfortable, adjust nicely, and once I figured out how to adjust the headphone parts to cover my ears better, sound great, too. Pairing with her Android and my iPhone, (see? we can't even agree on the same kind of phone system), was a breeze. I have not had them too long to comment on battery life, but if you charge them with a slow charger, not the super-fast cubes that charge your laptop and your wife in 10 minutes, then you will be fine.I will need to figure out how to best clean them when it comes time to washing them, but I'm sure removing the electronic parts will be simple.All-inall, a great recommendation, whether you are married or not.

What I liked: Easy to setup and charge, nice and soft, sound quality is amazing. What I don't like, the little speakers are pretty good, but they eventually start hurting my little ears and the charge only lasted me 8 hours. I'd prefer 10 just in case I want to sleep late! I used them for sleeping at my sons house, it's a pier and beam and every noise under the sun can be heard everywhere!!!

This head band was just what I wanted to have first for travel Second when I walk in the neighborhood.It reduces the outside noice around me, not completely but enough to help me rest on a plane or enjoy the music when I walk or travel, it was so affordable. I did not want to spend a lot on my first headband and this was almost perfect. The strap in the back help me adjust to my small head, the speakers are still a bit high but I can still hear the music enough to enjoy it. Love this and the cord makes it easy to recharge. I do not mess with the controls much so I can not answer question about those.

Once I get to sleep, I'm a pretty deep sleeper. However, going to sleep can be a problem if there are extra background noises from my loud neighbors or if my boyfriend stays up to watch TV. My ears key in on the extra noises and keeps my mind running.I was originally searching for a headset that was truly noise cancelling, but those stick out from your ears so much I couldn't sleep on my sides comfortably. I found this item while doing a little more searching.The headset is as flat as it is going to get while also providing earphones. It isn't uncomfortable unless I lay with extra pressure directly on my ear and the earbud, and even when I do (like if I put my head on my arm).It does a fairly good job of blocking out noise when the music loud, but when I sleep I like the music to be low. If there is anything going on on the room (i.e. tv), I can still hear it. This isn't a problem for me because I do prefer to sleep with a pillow over my head which muffles any outside noise. This could be a problem for someone who doesn't want to turn the music up all the way and/or cover their head.To turn the noise up/down, you use the same buttons to skip forward or go back. You hold these buttons for 2/3 seconds to change it. It tends to turn the music down really slowly, but turn up the music super fast. I have definitely had to jerk the head band off a couple time when getting adjusted to how to handle the buttons fully.All in all, it is a really great product. It does what I bought it to do.

I love the music band it's great for plane rides bedtime as well as working out. I would definitely use this to cover my ears for warmth in the cooler months as well.

Sound is poor but efficient gets you to sleep.

I needed a second one so re-bought the same one as I am very happy with it.

Cheap. Sent it back.

Too tight. Poor sound quality. Horrible Bluetooth range. Bad product.
