is the handle long enough so I don't have to bend much ?

This product has snapped in half. I have been very careful to support the handle when using it, but nonetheless, it's broken. Is there any chance of receiving a replacement as I haven't had it 12 months

Is it better than cheese grater design ?

Used cautiously as very sharp. It has ripped my skin to shreds, have had to take a week off work as cant get shoes on and can barely walk with the swelling its caused on my heels. As an ex-beauty therapist I know what I'm doing and I now work in the NHS and can not really afford time off. This is a shocking, dangerous tool, please dont use it...............

Does this come with the 2 extra files as per the photo?

It made my foot worse!I only received the metal file so maybe if you use smoother after it will do the job but having use only the metal file it made my foot worse then before!I bought the simple wooden file smoother with sand paper on it and it worked so much better just after single use.
