I’ve owned the smaller version of this for about four years now and despite me not reading the instructions ie putting too much essential oils in the water, letting water run over the top part (which you are not supposed to(DO NOT DO THIS!!) it’s been running amazingly well. I recently bought the bigger version for my living room and I love it. It’s so pretty in the evenings/nights and is overall very high quality. Would definitely buy again and will buy the smaller version again if my smaller one ever hits the fan.

So far so good! It holds a substantial amount of water, lasts all day so I don't have to keep refilling it and it all fits together snugly, so water doesn't get loose. And it's beautiful! I've gotten all the compliments on it. I've had other people go buy one.I've read in reviews that, "water is going everywhere!" Well, if you put the thing together right, it won't spray. There is a round attachment on a sick that you need to attach to the inside, or else yes, the device won't work right.Enjoy!

Oh I love my diffuser. I use it all the time. It’s pretty good quality extremely easy to use. I love my remote. It’s a little bigger than I thought it would be, but I love it. And it’s really really pretty. It’s extremely aesthetically pleasing. Five out of five stars from me.

It's very small and doesn't give off too much scent unless you're close to it which is fine because I had it by my bed. However it fell over on my PLUSH rug and cracked and the salt spilled out. Before that though it was pretty nice

The media could not be loaded.  I Love it! Everything came in the package. Easy to set up. I didn’t realize it was bigger than I thought. Battery to the remote not included but that’s ok. I added about 4 drops of the oil and it does a great job making my room smell so good and I have a pretty big room too. There’s a little stick with a round top that came with it and you have to put that in the hole to avoid the water from splashing up. The noise level is low but then again I don’t mind the water sound because it’s a soothing sound. The top cover is kinda tricky to remove tho. You have to hold the bottom part leg with one hand and use your other hand to lift up the cover.

I was really excited when I ordered this. It’s beautiful and it looks sturdy. It quit working after only a few times. Don’t waste your money.
