Think of it as a mascara. I dab it on, then massage it around and I find I have better control over the results as I’m not trying for complete black, I’m just trying to take the edge off. Doesn’t last all day however is the major downside. Needs 2 applications if I’m out and about. 5 stars if they can fix that What drives me a little crazy is that it goes on a little sticky, which is why I dabbed it then massage it around. I look up a few hours later and it’s like where did it go!? Does it evaporate? I don’t see any sign of flaking?
