You cant get extra keys cut. Not possible for this design. You can buy them ready made by none of my shops stock it

Q: Can this be used on a LH outward opening door, please?

Yes. Opening outward I have it on a left hand hinged door.

Q: Is this product OK for outside ie. waterproof

The description states "ERA Rim Sashlocks are recommended for internal timber doors, sheds and gates." So although not recommended for outside use, I have one fitted outside and so far so good.
