This is exactly what you need when you are wearing body con dresses or dresses with transparent panels like the one I wore. People thought I had gone commando and I smirked when I told them I had underwear on. I recommend wiping the skin with alcohol on the area that the adhesive is going on to ensure there are no oils or lotion there. I was worried with repeated removal (to use the bathroom) that the stickiness would go away, but it lasted the entire time (8 hours) and was still sticky after that! I didn't bother with re-washing and just disposed it so I can't speak for the reusability of it.

I am 5 feet tall, with an average size booty, and usually wear a size 4 or 6. Because of comments from other reviewers who said the product didn't stick to their skin, I ordered 2 sizes up to ensure it was long enough for the sticky part to sit above my public hair line. That is the key - it has to have smooth bare skin to stick to. It's not going to solidly stick if you try to make it adhere to unshaven, stubbly, and unsmooth areas. And do not rub any lotion or body oil where you plan to adhere the 2 ends of the panties. Mine worked perfectly under a long tight evening gown, with no seams or edges of the panties showing through the fabric. There was strong adhesion even after I had to remove the front sticky part several times throughout the evening to go to the restroom. I handwashed it in mild soap, and let it air dry before putting it away for the next event. Excellent product that I would highly recommend.

Didn’t even last 30 minutes. I made sure my skin was dry before I put it on, it immediately started lifting. Had to go back in the house and change into a regular thong.

It worked for me really well. I used rubbing alcohol to wipe the areas before placing and then it stuck FOREVER. I actually had a hard time taking it off. Prep is definitely the most important part.

Good concept but does not stick well or lay flat. I am not sure how this could be worn for a very long time. I did order a small and I normally wear an XS. I probably should have ordered my normal size.

I got this to wear to a tattoo appointment where I was getting my hip done and it worked great! I went with extra small because normal underwear I buy tends to be big on me but I would actually recommend SIZING UP with this c-string style! Reason being is because the front sticky part needs bare skin to be able to stick, you either need to shave completely or size up so the front sticky can go just above your hair line. Same goes for backside - the extra small just didn’t seem long enough to stick where it was supposed to!

The adhesive was able to stick and be unstuck and stick several times!
