The Biology of Cancer Third Edition

This is an excellent, thought-provoking book, filled with insights into the fundamental principles of cancer biology. Highly recommended for anyone interested in cancer research.

I received the book in an excellent condition (Thanks Seller!: College-Books Direct).As stated in the back cover of the book, it is:{The gold standard text in cancer biology, thoroughly updated with the latest research. Incorporating the most important advances in the rapidly-evolving field of cancer biology}. This book is an excellent source of up to date and highly scientific information for students, instructors, researchers, and clinicians for its authoritative content, clear explanations that promote a deep conceptual understanding of the field of cancer biology.One minor drawback: The illustrations and diagrams are not the best in explaining this difficult subject. There are much more informative and clearer diagrams in medical journals and textbooks.

As reported by at least 2 previous reviewers, the Kindle version I just downloaded would NOT download / display past page 2. Not sure if it is a download or display issue, but my purchase is essentially worthless. It's going back for a refund until these technical issues have been properly addressed. Too bad, as I have been waiting for the latest edition (3rd) for the latest in cancer biology.

It doesn’t have any pages! More than that, kindle recognized that I read this book thoroughly since it has only one page! I cannot even return because of it!

We are 14 months since release date and I'm holding off until I can confirm Kindle issues are resolved. Publisher needs to update status of Kindle version. This is a 5 star book, no doubt, published by a negative 5 star publisher.
