Easy to swallow
Easy to swallow. You don't really taste them, they go down so fast. I take beetroot capsules in the hope of improving my blood pressure, on days when I cant be bothered to make a beetroot smoothie. These are more expensive than other brands on Amazon, but it is worth it because these go down much more smoothly so you don't choke.

Very large capsules which leave a muddy taste in the mouth. I'll probably finish the pack sometime this year, but won't be getting any more.
