SparmaxGravity Feed SP20X Airbrush

I am new to airbrushing, tried a few, cheap no name and some expensive ones.Cheaper ones work great...until you clean them a few times and they fall apart, needles are also cheap and bend with ease.The expensive one I had worked great, no issue clean and build wise, but my god it clogged a lot and did not earn its price difference.So far this one is great, works, cleans easy, the needle goes in smooth, hard to explain but on some when you put the needle back there is some resistance or it stops on something, at times that has dulled the point, I dont get that at all with this one.My only thing to mention, clean it over a tray, there is a very small part under the trigger thats normally held in place (trigger presses the part down, its brass colour) if you forget about it and it falls out (on purpose or randomly) you will be in trouble.

Received the item earlier than expected, so a big thumbs up for that. As for the airbrush itself, I have only used it a couple of times so can't comment on it's durability, however so far it is performing fantastically. Feels like a quality piece of kit, and sprays brilliantly. Due to the 0.2mm needle, acrylics will need thinning considerably, but this is only to be expected. For the price, I would highly recommend this airbrush.

What a great airbrush for the price, and is right up there with the higher priced ones, sprays perfectly for fine lines or general coverage, the only down side is it could come with a smaller colour cup, but if you have iwatta neo that will fit on it.

I’ve read several reviews that say sparmax airbrushes perform well above their price point and they are so right. This is the second Sparmax airbrush I’ve purchased and they work flawlessly. The quality is superb and at a fraction of the price of the big name brands. These are definitely worth trying and if your new to airbrushing so much better than the cheap copies.
