The listing for this watch on the iOS Amazon app reports a case diameter of 46.9mm, but that is the lug-to-lug; in fact, the diameter is a rather ideal 38.5mm. (For some reason, this misinformation is not found in the web listing.) I don't have calipers but eyeballing it in comparison to my other watches, I'd guess the thickness to be around 12.5mm. This watch is an excellent value. Classic design, great fit and finish — and a cool, all-too-rare power reserve indicator to boot!

Extremely well made. Great quality at its price point. Off by about 2 minutes after running straight for a month. Would definitely recommend orient star to be added to any watch collection

Highly recommend. Had the watch for a month. I'm accident prone so the sapphire glass and construction have proven to be very durable. No scratches yet, surprisingly. It's a good size for my wrist, though I generally wear 40mm dial watches. In terms of accuracy, it's accurate to about 5 seconds a day, depending on remaining charge. It's also relatively light. I love the placement of the power indicator function, and the blue hands is subtle yet stylish. Note that it comes with a steel bracelet, and while there's nothing wrong with it. I just prefer leather straps. It is a bit difficult to remove, but manageable.

I really like this Orient Star watch, it has great clean look. Feels great on my wrist and looks super sharp. I do keep this automatic watch in a watch winder case when I'm not wearing it. The watch does seem to run a bit fast though. I have four automatic watches that I cycle through, so sometimes it may be a week or even a month between wearing it. My Tissot Gentlemen keeps the most accurate time, followed by this Orient Star. My two different Seiko Presage automatic watches are both significantly less accurate than this watch. I would highly recommend this watch for value, appearance, and durability.

Many things to appreciate about the watch. The lums are dim though, but perhaps that is intentional. The white dial is beautiful. The blue second hand is growing on me. Love the power reserve meter. The watch is comfortable to wear. I really enjoy wearing the watch. I am very happy with the purchase. It came a lot sooner than the projected date also. My only disappointment is that apparently the warranty card that comes with the watch states warranty is only valid in Japan. Not sure, how this translates if purchased through Amazon Japan from the USA.

I have an Orient watch I like so when I saw an Orient Star watch at this price I decided to try it. I'm more than satisfied with the quality. I was eyeing a Tudor when I saw this so I saved a good bit if I don't buy the Tudor, too. The dial is a stark white or pearlescent depending on the viewing angle. I'm enjoying the power meter. The thin bezel makes this look like a larger watch which isn't my preference. Day to day I wear a tuna diver that's about 48 mm for its indestrucability but I think my next watch buy will be 36mm as a matter of style. My headline refers to the bracelet link pins which have a split tension bushing in the center portion of the links which is easy to lose track of (I think jewelers don't know bushings and call these friction pipes). Adjusting the bracelet s easy once you know that. The bracelet is a nice quality and has mico adjustments on the clasp.
