Love! My niece wanted a vanilla cake with purple frosting for her birthday this year... We are trying to limit artificial dies so I had to be creative. I added this blueberry powder to homemade cream cheese icing and voila!! It was perfect, she was so happy!! The flavor is mild and only one ingredient (organic blueberries)!

Excellent product. Great flavor —can taste and smell the wild berries difference. I will continue buying.

I am making lemon cupcakes for an upcoming birthday party and tried to figure out what frosting would be best. Well, I know that lemons and blueberries go very well together. So I did a test run with my lemon cupcake recipe. I then took my standard buttercream frosting recipe and substituted the vanilla extract with three tablespoons of the blueberry powder and added a 1/2 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice. It turned out fabulous. The taste was heavenly and the color is beautiful. I would definitely buy this product again. Everyone is going to love these lemon cupcakes. I even added lemon curd as a filling for the cupcakes.

Wouldn't even do 200 size 00 capsules. I will buy frozen and dehydrate / grind my own.

Good quality powder

I used only one big spoonful of powder to make around 5 cups of smoothie and it tasted so good. I am a big smoothie maker and really happy with the quality of this product. I wish they had other berry flavours as well.

I am not going to lie I don't get this product at this price point. I can find 2 ounce bags of freeze dried blueberries for about 4 dollars. Plus I am not sure Estonia counts as Nordic. I get it though these are wild bilberries that grow mostly wild in that part of the world and they harves them mostly from Scandinavian countries. What research I did suggested bilberries have no special medical abilities. These are naturally rich in vitamins and antioxidants like all blueberries. These powdered berries were yummy. They mixed well with various mediums including ice cream. I plan to use it in a cake and frosting, I will update on how it performed and tasted. In general I liked this product a lot I just don't see much value at this price point. However, I did look up powdered blueberry and found similar pricing across the market. If it was much cheaper I would have given it 5 stars for flavor and natural health benefits.

I purchase to mix with other powders so I could have smoothie when traveling. I mixed all powders and placed in baggies to add to disposable water bottles. It worked but I think it would taste better mixed with plant milk. A bit pricey
