great artwork, great kettle
beautiful artwork, highly functional. I wish they would do away with the sensors on the hot plate and add buttons. the sensors make it feel cheap and make it unclear if you actually pushed them or not. it runs really fast and can get up to 200 only a minute or two.

Absolutely love it 😀
Love this kettle, it looks beautiful in my kitchen, I don't mind having it out since it adda to the decoration, I love that you can set it to keep the water at the same temperature, is super easy to use and clean. If left untouched for a while it will shut off automatically, I havent had any issues with leaking or smells. The size is great if you use it daily for tea or any warm beverages, it holds plenty for small regular drinks, I even use it to water my plants from time to time. If you need ut for large quantities of water is not an ideal option but is perfect for regular day to day use! I think is worth the price.

Properly priced, very good electric kettle
I'm a big coffee person and have been using a old bonavita basic electric kettle for almost 15 years now but I've been wanting to upgrade to a kettle that will hold a temp. I really wanted a fellow kettle but I simply couldn't bring myself to spend almost $200 on a kettle, that's way over priced for what you get. So I ended up picking this one up since it had great reviews and I loved the green color. I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and I think I have a pretty good feel for the pros and cons now. I'll start with the pros. This kettle is honestly really, really great. For it's price point it's great quality and functions flawlessly. The temp hold is great and I love having very simple and minimalistic controls. The wheel that controls the temp and is your one button is great and I didn't expect to love it as much as I do. It heats up quick and the goose neck is perfection in my opinion. You get incredibly percise control with the spout and the slight rounding bend of the metal at the mouth of the neck makes it to where you can make tiny little streams of accurately placed water when you need it. The handle is pretty comfortable too and is easy to hold. There aren't many cons. The first is that the neck is pretty slim so the flow of water has a pretty low max but that hasn't been an issue for me. If you're making large amounts of coffee at a time in a chemex, kalita, or really any pour over method then I could see someone maybe, possibly having an issue with the flow but I think it's prefect. The other con would be the handle. It's not uncomfortable by any means but its definitely the lowest quality part of the kettle. The shape is good and confortable in the hand but if you've ever held a fellow kettle, it could be way more comfortable. The handle on the fellow was what I wanted the fellow for but paying over double the price of this kettle just for a really nice, wooden, comfortable handle was not worth it at all. The green kettle comes with a foax wooden handle that is made of plastic and you can definitely tell. You can feel where the two plastic parts meet and it moves slightly sometimes so it just kind of makes the feeling of the quality go down slightly. It isn't a deal breaker at all but I could deffinitely have a better handle. I'm actually thinking of making my own custom wooden one that I can install into it in the future to make it exactly how I want it. Overall, this kettle great and I'm incredibly glad I went with it over the fellow. Sure the handle isn't quite as quality or comfortable but it's way cheaper and really nice quality. I'll probably be using this one for the next decade or until something happens to this one. Cant recommend enough.

Functional and stylish at a great price point
I think that this is a great kettle. Lots of great stuff with this little guy. What you want to know: Possible Cons? It is small and it doesn't hold a ton of water, if you have a troop... and they all want a water heated.... something... anymore than 2 mugs you're going to be refilling and reboiling. But because it is small it does heat up water pretty fast, so there's a bit of give and take on that one. And I will agree with some of the other reviews that the branding on both the kettle AND the base is unnecessary and cheapens it a bit ascetically. That and the copper paint quality is a little on the cheap side too.. show stopper? No, but if Intasting gave a clean base with a less cheap looking knob it would be hard to have stuff to critic as far as the looks go. That's really it when it comes to the negatives on this for me. So what works and why do I like it? Temp control works like it should (maybe not to the true degree but its consistent), it heats up quickly, the hold temp setting is a great feature if your like me a walk away from the kettle because you got distracted by your dog again, and it looks fantastic! The green, wood grain, and copper really work together in a very non pretentious kind of way. I will say that the gooseneck is taking me a second to get used to, and sometimes when I just want to make some tea and don't need the precision for a pour-over its a bit annoying.. but it does force me to slow down and actually take part in the process which I am learning to enjoy. When it comes down to it, the Pros far out weigh the Cons... I think that this is a great alternative to something like Fellow's Stag gooseneck kettle and at less than half the price. Its nothing but win wins over here. Highly Recommend.

Almost returned it - glad I didn't
Despite some of the points I make below, I want to say that I love this kettle. Now for some of the issues: The description says INTASTING Gooseneck Electric Kettle, but the box says it is called Flow B9 Gooseneck Kettle. The box also has “Cocinare” in bold letters. The box also says the company is Epeios Coffee Seeds Lab|Japan. The fold out manual says the company name is Cocinator and the model is CEK-219. So you’ll be excused for being confused when this item arrives. After plugging in the kettle (and it is only a 2 prong plug!!!!) and finding that the buttons were unreliable, I was ready to send the unit back. Then by sheer accident I found that instead of the normal press you’d use for buttons, you’re expected to just tap the button and all of a sudden everything worked great. To be fair, in the manual it does say to “click” the buttons. In fact, after a few weeks using this kettle, I’m now a big fan of these precise “buttons”. Unlike most of the other kettles I’ve seen that are rated at 1200W, this kettle is rated at 1500W. The water heats up very, very fast, quite a bit faster than my Bonavita kettle. It arrives at the temperature you set really fast and holds the water at that temperature perfectly. In fact, unlike my Bonavita, you do not need to press a hold button after returning the kettle to the base after you pour. Once you’ve tapped the hold button, the kettle remembers you want to have it hold the temperature permanently. Sounds minor, but it’s a very thoughtful and convenient feature. There are no preset temperature buttons, so if you need to move between temperatures that are far apart you do have to tap the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons. I initially thought this would be annoying but I’ve found that has not bothered me at all. Tapping the buttons quickly is just fine for me. I use the kettle for brewing pour over coffee so I’m usually not moving across a wide temperature range anyway. Still, it would have been a nice, but not necessary feature to include. The gooseneck performs just the way you’d expect and I’m very happy with the control it allows, especially for my filter coffee pour overs. So despite the confusing number of names for this kettle, the lack of presets, and most importantly having only a 2 prong plug, I’m surprisingly extremely happy with this kettle.

Great little kettle!
We've had this for a while, now. It seems to be well built, and we are all happy with this purchase. Easy to use: just fill the kettle and push the ON button twice - a little red light turns on to tell you that you've done it correctly. This kettle looks good on the counter, and it quickly provides enough water for a couple mugs of tea or for pour over coffee, which is great for our family. We would definitley buy this product again!

good cheap option for gooseneck electric kettle - aesthetics could be better in my opinion
Heats up very fast. Easy to use and operate, although I wish the swap from F to C stayed even if you unplug the device. Handle feels good. Feels high quality. Personally wish the aesthetics were a bit more muted. Lose the gold accents and it would be very charming in my opinion.

Great for 100 degree water for sinus rinsing!
This is the solution I’ve been looking for. I use this to heat water to 100° for using Neil med sinus rinse, both a squeeze bottle and a neti pot. Before I used it I was concerned that 100 might be a tad too high, but I found it to be perfect, just above body temperature but not too hot. I did follow the directions and boil three pots of ordinary water and discard them before using the pot for regular purposes. I did notice a burning plastics smell. I believe that comes from where the handle attaches. In addition, there was a small amount of water that escaped where the handle is riveted to the pot and the pot is a little unstable when it doesn’t have the weight of water holding it down. So one star off for the build quality not being the best. For filling the Neti pot, I am using distilled water heated to 100° adding the Neil med sinus rinse packet and a cap full of alkalol. (This is what my allergist recommends). Perfect temperature for a perfect solution to congestion and clear out the allergens before they become an issue when my allergies are the worst, I will come in from the outside and do a sinus rinse right away. I can’t say anything about longevity, but I am very hopeful that I have found a good and long lasting solution to finding the perfect temperature of distilled water for sinus rinsing. I have a similar pot that I use for coffee and tea, but it did not have the option of going down to 100°. I love the fine temperature control of this pot.
