Before this chair, I was having serious back pain due to sitting in an uncomfortable chair for long periods of time. I wanted something that was breathable, as FL gets pretty warm, and I wanted something that could support my posture all day. I’ve been using the chair for about 2 weeks, my back pain is gone and I never get hot!The chair arrived quickly and in good packaging. Everything was labeled and came with extra pieces, which is always nice. It even had the left arm pieces labeled so you didn’t have to guess- loved that little addition.The chair was very easy to assemble, and it took about 20 mins from unboxing to sitting in it. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with well labels graphics.The cushion on the seat is very thick, comfortable and the material is very soft. For the price point it was an excellent purchase and I’ve recommended it to everyone in my office.

Received on time as promised. Assembly was easy. I got the grey color one which is a nice shade of grey. The seating area on this chair is very comfortable. Many adjustable features are very nice to suit my body, postures, etc. I tried and sat on other office chairs at office superstores but this one was better priced and so far so good. Recommend highly.

I have the chair for a little over a year and the foam siting base already loses its shape and one of the layers of the cushion is popping out of the seat. This is odd since I'm only 142lb...

I’ve needed an Office Chair for a really long time! I’ve been sitting on one of my Dining Room chairs forever. However, as we know, a Dining Room chair is not designed with ergonomics in mind. Office Chairs are. Since we sit in our Office Chairs for so many hours each day, this is important.As expected, the chair had to be assembled before use. I am a very handy person, so I jumped right in! The chair came with a User Manual that was pretty good and showed all of the steps of assembly with good explanations. However, it says to screw the Arm Rests to the bottom of the chair, but only screw them in halfway. Then, you are supposed to screw the Seat Back to the Arm Rests. This is where things became somewhat challenging. It makes sense that you would want to leave some wiggle room after screwing the bottom of the Arm Rests to the bottom of the chair, to facilitate the ability to line up the screws coming from the Seat Back to the Arm Rests. However, I found it impossible to attach the Seat Back this way. I finally unscrewed the Arm Rests from the bottom of the chair and attached them to the Seat Back first. Then I tried to attach the entire assembly to the bottom of the seat. I was amazed to see that there was a bad misalignment at play, and I was only able to screw in one of the two screws on each side of the bottom of the seat. This is very peculiar, since the parts above look even. If you look at my photos carefully, you can see that only one screw is on each side of the bottom of the seat.In spite of this, the chair feels perfectly stable. The seat is soft and cushy and feels comfortable to sit on all day. The back of the chair has a woven, flexible fabric that cradles your body nicely when you lean back into it. There is a Lumbar Support that feels suitably supportive to your lower back. And, of course, there are the Arm Rests. These can be kept down or folded up next to the Seat Back, depending on your preference. I haven’t had Arm Rests in years, so I’m keeping mine down!This is a fairly simple chair. There is a lever underneath that can be pulled up to allow the chair to go up and down in height using a Gas Lift. You can tilt the chair, but you can not lock it in a tilted position. You can either unlock it, so that the chair will tilt backwards, or you can lock it so the chair will not tilt at all. You do this by pulling the under-chair lever outwards to unlock and pushing it back in to lock. There is a dial on the front of the chair to adjust the tilt tension.Overall, I like this chair a lot! It is just unfortunate that the assembly was weird. Consider reading over some other reviews to see if others had the same problem.

Assembly was quite easy, all was included in the package. I was very pleased how smooth the reclining feature was and after a full day at my workstation my back felt great. Hard to find a difference in this model from some others I tried that were priced much higher. Very pleased with this purchase.

edit: the seat cushion flattened, expect some discomfort after about an hour of sitting.Installing the chair was quite easy and straight forward, instructions were simple. It came with all the tools required.As for the chair itself I like it so far, it’s silent even when I’m reclining the chair and for that reason it’s much easier to concentrate. The wheels are smooth they’re also silent. It looks great in person, it looks just like the photos actually, very minimal.Things to consider:The arm rest isn’t padded, but I don’t find it uncomfortable though.The seat cushion is thick and feels normal. I’m 170lbs and sitting in it all day doesn’t hurt my butt or back.I don’t think the wave design has much of an impact on posture/support. It has as much support as my $40 Amazon Basics chair. The mesh material is nice though because it stays cool.I wish the top part where it’s supposed to support your neck was closer. The head support is only being used when you’re leaning back and looking at the ceiling.

I ordered a silver grey colored Nouhaus Wave Ergonomic Office Chair a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you, this chair far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely love this ergonomic office chair! I am able to work on the computer for a long period without any back pain discomfort. The lumbar support helps tremendously! I also love the design and comfortability. I highly recommend this chair!

Delivery was on time. I have gone from a leather chair to the mesh and like this material more. The chair is comfortable and supportive for long periods of sitting. The adjustable features helpful for a long day in the office. In shopping for a chair i tried many at higher price at the Office Supply stores that were not as comfortable. I would recommend for home or commercial office space.
