The battery arrived in quick time, professional packaging and works like a charm, my battery still lasts 4 days, impressive by today's standards and a vast improvement over my old worn battery.The price was cheap, service was quick and professional and for that I say thank you.

This replacement for our old phone so far works perfectly. only time will tell but looks hopeful.

Great customer service, really helpful people and very keen to please. However... These aren't new batteries and I'm guessing have been recycled from old phones, so it's pot luck if you get a decent one or not. The original one I was sent was worse than the one I bought it to replace and ran flat within 24hrs. I emailed the company and they very promptly sent me a replacement completely free of charge (thanks very much guys), but the second one still didn't hold its charge.Basically they are original Nokia branded but are not brand new batteries and probably haven't been looked after properly (ie fully run flat every few weeks and fully charged), so you take your chances as to what you get. They are cheap though and the company is really easy to deal with.

One of the problems with mobile phones is that unless you change the phone within a year or two the batteries give up and it was nice to find a reliable source which sent the correct model for the phone at a very reasonable price.

Nothing on the Amazon page to suggest these were not new. Indeed they advertise it as " providing 1020mAh of power for extended use".I was looking for a battery to replace the original one from a four or five year old phone which still works but doesn't last as long as it used to.The battery from fonewearsales could not even be recognised when I put it in the phone and tried charging. Totally useless. Looking at the battery it appears used from the marks on it and a quick search on google shows I am by no means the first to have been sent a used battery. I am still waiting for a reply after asking for a full refund.This is unacceptable for Amazon as I trust their name and have never had problems before buying from their partners. I suggest anyone else looking for a replacement phone battery look elsewhere as there is a very good chance that you will get something in no better condition that the old battery you want to replace.
