Really good and robust product, set up was simple and lock very easy to use with smart phone app.

While I do like the idea of this lock it is let down by issues.Only a couple of times as the locked worked on the 1st press of the button to unlock, this normally requires 2 or 3 presses before it turns green to unlock, please note after each press you do have to wait for the blue light to go out before trying again, and on a few times I have had to open the master lock app on my iPhone before it would unlock, I will be keeping this lock even thought it only works as per design around 10% of the time and just hope a firmware or app update resolve these issues, the lock itself does feel very sturdy and has a good weight.UpdateI have removed one more star, battery has lasted around 6 weeks, had to use a 9v battery this morning to open the lock, this lock gets opened no more than 5 times a week, so really would have expected longer then this, I would have returned it returns window was still open, I cannot recommend this product, while a great idea it is plagued with software issues that make it less convenient then using a good old key, there has been no firmware or software update in the 6 weeks I have owned the product so far.Further UpdateI have just tried to open the lock this morning and yet again battery was flat (lock was purchased end of Sept 2017), please note the batteries I used to replace was energizer Lithium, so not a cheap option, I do have low battery alert turned on and had no warning both times battery has gone flat.I really would not recommend this product, reverted back to my old padlock.I will be reaching out to master lock for a refund, they may send a replacement which i will test further, however for the time being I would really recommend saving your money and sticking with a old fashioned padlock for now.

It is a very sound and robust lock. However bear in mind that it is large. I bought it to fasten my shed but the hasp was too big. However I use it as a cycle lock.As a smartphone lock however I can't get it to work. Its supposed to be Bluetooth but couldn't get it to connect. It may be me as I am not really au fait with Bluetooth or smart phones. Using the digital aspect of the lock though is easy and effective.

I purchased two of these for a beach hut.Really great build quality. Works brilliantly. No complaints at all.The application is really good, and permits shared access to the padlocks. You can configure temporary or permanent access.Really like the feature of a push button code if Bluetooth is not available for any reason.All in all an excellent product - I would purchase again.

Liked: Convenience.Dislike: After 2 months of use, the lock stopped working, and only after a lot of hassle did I eventually manage to get it unlocked. The fact that it is so unreliable makes it useless.It just stopped working, no low battery warning or email, which is what the instructions said would happen.It is unacceptable to have a lock just STOP WORKING! Especially when it is SO EXPENSIVE!!It is supposed to be suitable for outside use, but this is not the case.

Most temperamental piece of junk I've ever owned!! I've had this lock for ~18month using it outside on a gate twice daily, it has seized up least 5 times, not working at all and needing an emergency battery to open it and that only with great difficulty. Each time it has been taken inside and left for a few days and given some WD40 plus a new battery. The symptoms seem to indicate the locking mechanism depletes the battery if the mechanism gets too tight (not running smoothly)I quickly gave up on the app - if it connects which is 10% of the times, the connecting to the device simply takes too long. Using the dial however works great. Seem to work best in dry warmish temperatures once it gets cold <10DegC or there is any moist in the weather the lock is useless.Great concept though pity the implementation is so flawed

It is impossible to allow guest acess. I have spent hours trying to set this feature up but just gave up.

I purchased this item, as i hate having lots of keys around, and i love using my phone for as much as possible.On first impressions its really well built, it was easy to setup and pair with my iphone without any issues.Unlocking and locking is easy, and after many operations its still working fine.Setting up with the iphone was easy, but a little more tricky with Android,I am not so familar with android , so that could be down to me.I would recommend this product. Shame about the price, its pretty expensive compare to the USA price.

Built like brick, saves alot of headache, not needing keys for every staff member. Great for after hours crew, can get a code via text and keep on working.

Das Schloss wird eingesetzt un einen Werkzeugcontainer sicher zu verschließen.Da es bei Schlüsseln immer das Problem gibt dass diese vergessen werden oder auch irgendwo verloren werden können.In der heutigen Zeit hat jeder ein Smartphone dabei und so kann ich bei Bedarf eine Freigabe erteilen um das Schloss zu öffnen.Versand super und Verpachung Zweckmäßig.Das Schloss ist sehr schwer und macht einen wirklich guten und sicheren Eindruck.Auch für Schlösser mit Schlüssel in dieser Qualitätsanmutung muss man einiges an Geld hinlegen.Es ist auch größer als erwartet.Die App ist einfach und übersichtlich. Allerdings hatteich erst Probleme eine Verbindung mit dem Schloss herzustellen.Erst als ich die App deinstalliert und erneut installiert hatte klappe die Verbindung auch ohne Probleme.Bis jetzt hat das Schloss jedesmal schnell aufgesperrt, und beim zudrücken des Bügels auch wieder sicher zugesperrt.Mal sehen wie es im Langzeittest abschneidet. Es ist auch der vollen Witterung ausgesetzt. Diese wird auf Dauer sicher auch Spuren hinterlassen. Aber das wird sich zeigen und ich werde das auch hier dann schreiben.Vorerst meiner Meinung nach ein wirklich superProdukt.Update:Ich habe inzwischen auch einen Gast hinzugefügt.Dies ist zwar relativ aufwändig da sich die andere Person auch die App laden und registrieren muss aber es klappt perfekt.Ich kann immer sehen wann das Schloss geöffnet und geschlossen wird und wer es aufmacht.Auch ist es ohne Probleme möglich die andere Person wieder zu sperren oder den Zugang zeitlich einzugrenzen.Da das Wetta in letzter Zeit sehr bescheiden war kann ich sagen dass das Schloss auch bei Regen, Frost und Schnee bestens funktioniert.

Non è stato facile attivare l'APP e mi sono fatto aiutare da mio figlio. Non seguire alla lettera le funzioni per l'attivazione perchè le cose si possono comlocare. Robusto il lichetto anche se con l'arco così grande è piu facile scassinarlo. Troppo costoso per essere un luchetto! Buono il codice manuale ma ci ho messo molto tempo a capire cosa servivano le frecce. Se l'app non funziona di puo utilizzare il codice con freccette ma non è facile ricordarlo.L'idea non è male perche l'uso della chiave è divenuto ora un vero problema e un costo per le copie. . Alcuni dicono che il sistema chiave bluetooth non è sicuro e dobrebbe essere migliorato! non ho potuto verificarlo.
