It fights in the planes you can always gate check it as well I fly with mine all the time

will this fit in plane overhead bin?

It would fit but planes generally won’t let you take any strollers on but you can take it up to the plane with you and they will gate check it and when you arrive at new location they will bring it up to you

Can you purchase a handle bar extender for this?
